Old Skool is the New School! With that in mind we made this promotion where Ghost Whisperer’s star (Jennifer Love Hewitt) is our Ms. Pac Man, trying to establish a relation with the ghosts, but at the end she’s forced to escape from their annoyance. Everything here is Atari-related, the graphics, the animation, the sound design and that robotic voice that assures that Ghost Whisperer is a game…from beyond.

EPH - Espacio Producido en Hollywood
Sony Entertainment Television, a channel distinguished by its Series and Reality Shows creates a campaign aiming to launch an updated version of the franchise 'EPH - Espacio Producido en Hollywood' (Space Produced in Hollywood) where movies from a variety of genres are aired every Friday. The literal meaning of the first two words that compose the name are explained using sober typographical elements and sound effects, then, the word Hollywood comes in adding a twist to the meaning of the franchise name.

'The end justifies the means' this is the best way to describe Dr. Hank. The use of tools in an inappropriate way is one of the attributes of this particular 'freelance' doctor who attends rich and famous people. The depiction of an infography and a description helps to explain the ideal purpose of a tool and its interaction with its name in contrast with the alternative choice given by Dr. Hank, who is a perfect example of this well known aphorism.

The Last Journey of Dalia
documental Intro
This short intro was created for a documentary that portrays the traditional burial of Dalia, a small girl from the Wayuu Tribe, an Amerindian ethnic group of the La Guajira Peninsula in northern Colombia and northwest Venezuela that believes that the life cycle doesn't end with death, but that a relationship with one's bones continues. The autochthonous iconography, symbology and other cultural references were used for the design of this intro.

The Ecologists
The Ecologists tells the story of a family who loves pets, but in a very twisted way.
From little Bonifacio to Grandma, everyone likes to torture the little animals. But the only one opposing the abuse is María, who along with his lucky dog, tries to save these little creatures from a death. The illustrations were done with colored pencils, letters cut from magazines and markers for the text.

Bacalao Men - Album Design
In 2004, Bacalao Men, a rock-bugaloo venezuelan band, needed a design for their upcoming album, the theme should be something related to the cultural icons from Caracas, the capital of our country. As an exercise for my design institute, ProDiseño, our teacher asked to experiment with the 'spaces' available in each page of the cd booklet, but only using typography and graphical elements in black & white. After that, I included some architectural elements and recognizable references from the city. Finally, original photography was added as a main element and I came to a satisfying result, but at the end, I think that the design process was the most important thing in this whole project.
